    There are various ways in which you can share your opinions on the NHS and/or Social Care services you receive. Whether you have received a good service or need to raise a concern it is always useful to provide feedback. Your feedback is essential in improving NHS or social care services.

    Provide your feedback at any of the following:

    • NHS Newcastle Gateshead Clinical Commissioning Group (Newcastle Gateshead CCG) - NHS Newcastle Gateshead (CCG) is the statutory health body responsible for the planning and buying of NHS care and services across Newcastle and Gateshead. Visit their website to also get information on local health services, health campaigns and how to get involved in shaping healthcare services in Newcastle and Gateshead.
    • Healthwatch Newcastle - an independent organisation working to improve the delivery and design of health and social care services in Newcastle. They also encourage people’s voices in Newcastle to be heard.
    • Patient Advice Liaison Service (PALS) - confidential information, advice and support service for patients, their families and carers. They can help with health-related questions and concerns when you have used NHS services.
    • Independent Complaint Advocacy Service (ICAS) - support for people wishing to complain about the treatment or care they have receive from the NHS.
