Carers Online Relaxation and Wellbeing Classes

Regular relaxation can help our overall sense of wellbeing and to feel generally more relaxed in the day. If we practice relaxation regularly, then over time we can reduce stress, tension and anxiety in our busy lives.

Our Relaxation and Wellbeing online session will take place on Wednesday 30 May, 2.30pm to 3.30pm. This session will have a special focus on sleep awareness and relaxation.

Places are limited, and if the class is full we will add your name to a list for the next class running in the near future.

To be able to join this online class you will need a device (e.g. mobile, laptop or tablet).
