Carers Online Relaxation and Wellbeing Classes

Regular relaxation can help our overall sense of wellbeing and to feel generally more relaxed in the day. If we practise relaxation regularly, then over time we can reduce stress, tension and anxiety in our busy lives.
To help you learn some relaxation techniques and look at ways to support your wellbeing we are offering an online class running over 4 weeks.
Feel free to join one session or attend them all. The session dates are Wednesday 19th May, 2nd June, 9th June and 16th June 2021, 1.30pm to 2.30pm.
Places are limited, and if the class is full we will add your name to the list for the next class running in the near future.
You will need a device (e.g. a mobile, laptop or tablet) to be able to join this online class.
