Taking time out of your caring role can be difficult but we understand how important this is for your wellbeing. Joining a group to connect with other people can be a great way to do this.
We are running specialist online groups for carers, offering a chance to take a needed break, meet people in similar situations who can understand and get helpful information.
Carers Online Relaxation Classes
Relaxation can help our overall sense of wellbeing and to feel generally more relaxed in the day. If we practise relaxation regularly, then over time we can reduce stress, tension and anxiety in our busy lives.
To help carers learn some relaxation techniques we regularly run an online class running in 3-week blocks. Carers are welcome to join one session or attend them all.
To be able to join this online session carers will need a device, e.g. a mobile, laptop or tablet.

Carers 4 Minds: Mental Health Carers Group
Do you care for someone who experiences mental ill-health?
Join our Carers 4 Minds online group for carers who look after someone with mental health problems. The meets most Thursdays using Microsoft teams.
